Use your Caboose for up to 90 days. If it is not right for you, contact us through our contact page within 90 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for the bidets you send back.

How To Return

Send us your order number and we reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Once the return arrives, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

Lifetime Warranty On Packs Of 2 Or More

If a bidet from a pack of 2 or more stops working from normal use, we replace it free for as long as you own it. Send a photo or short video of the problem through our contact page. Drops, misuse, boiling water and lost items are not covered.

Damaged, Defective Or Wrong Items

Send us a photo through our contact page within 14 days of delivery and we send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Orders That Have Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we reship it or refund it in full.
